What platforms does the SIGNJET app run on?
SignJet is web-based, and cross-platform. We have apps for Windows, Android, and iOS, as well as custom solutions Linux.
How can I manage my content? Is there an app to install?
You can manage your content from any modern web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. This means that you can make changes from your PC, laptop, tablet, or even smart phone.
What file formats do you support?
SignJet supports all of the most common file formats for media, including: MP4, MOV, and WEBM for video; JPEG, PNG, and TIF for images; and even GIF files. We have a PDF viewer for PDF files, and a PSD import feature for Adobe Photoshop documents.
What size screen can I use for digital signage
SignJet supports practically any size of screen or display for digital signage, including video walls, LED walls, and even non-standard shapes and sizes. We can create the right solution for pixel-perfect resolution at any size.
Can I manage multiple locations with different displays and content?
Absolutely! SignJet allows for central management of large networks of devices across unlimited physical locations. You can deploy content to all devices or just one from the same management dashboard.
How can I tell what my screens are displaying?
You can view the status of all your devices from the SignJet dashboard. We provide hardware information such as software versions, online/offline status, and screenshots. We also compile reports for playback statistics and proof-of-play so that you can monetize your digital signage network.
